At Doc Ortho, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your compression wear or orthopedic apparel doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is processed successfully.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
